🤼‍♂️ Expert Coaching Session:
Our state coaches, Tsuchika Shimoyamada and Justin Holland, led an engaging 2.5-hour session delving into wrestling techniques. Participants had the unique opportunity to gain insights directly from these seasoned professionals, honing their skills and understanding the nuances of the sport.

🗣️ Q&A Session with Coaches:
The session wasn't just about physical prowess; it also provided a platform for young wrestlers to interact with our esteemed coaches through a spirited Q&A session. This exchange of knowledge and experience added a personal touch to the learning experience.
