Building on the success of our 2025 Women's Wrestling Program and due to popular demand, NSW Wrestling is excited to offer this dedicated program again this year!
This initiative, proudly sponsored by NSW Wrestling, is specifically designed to increase female participation in the sport across New South Wales.

Focus: Introducing the fundamentals of wrestling to athletes with little to no prior experience.
Led by a Legend: Coach O.Nassanburmaa (Uka)
We are honored and privileged to have the program led by Ochirbatyn Nasanburmaa, (Coach Uka), the most decorated wrestler in Australia !
Uka brings over 30 years of elite experience to the mat, ready to inspire and mentor every participant.

NSW Wrestling is committed to growing the women’s wrestling community. Therefore, this course is offered free of charge to all participants.
Eligibility Requirement: While the program is open to female athletes of all age groups, all participants must be current members of NSW Wrestling. Not a member ? Register HERE.
