In  "Wrestling in Par Terre" seminar, we will explore the wrestling techniques performed on the ground.  You will learn the fundamentals of wrestling in Par Terre, including proper positioning, leverage, and technique.

This session is delivered by Tsuchika Shimoyamada, Greco-Roman Asian champion, ranked in top ten in the world by UWW in 2021-2022. 

• All participants must be members of NSW Wrestling. Registeration is free for all NSW Wrestling members (15+)
• Due to space constraints, there are limited spots available. Priority will be given to earlier registrations.
• This session is not ideal for beginners or those new to the sport. It is recommend for  wrestlers of intermediate level and above.
