2026 Hong Kong China International Competition & Training Camp
NSW Wrestling is calling for Expressions of Interest!
NSW Wrestling is proud to announce that we are organizing a representative team for the 6th Hong Kong China International Competition and Training Camp this August.
This event is an international benchmark for the region, having hosted 250+ participants in previous years with teams from the USA, Japan, China, Singapore, and other countires in the region. It is a fantastic opportunity for Australian athletes to gain international exposure and experience diverse wrestling styles in a professional environment. The level at the competiiton and training camp is a big mix. There are both intermediate and advanced level participants.

Eligibility: This opportunity is open to Intermediate+ level athletes from ALL states across Australia, covering all age groups U13 and above.
📅 Key Dates

3 – 7 August: Intensive Training Camp (St. Stephen’s Beach)
- 8 - 9 August: Hong Kong international wrestling tournoment
💰 Costs
This trip is fully self-funded. Athletes are responsible for their own airfare and the associated event fees. We believe these packages represent excellent value for a 7-day international tour.

Single Room Upgrade (Only for Option A): Extra ~$200 AUD.

Accommodation Note: Option B includes shared athlete accommodation at the Stanley Outdoor Training Camp (St. Stephen’s Beach).
- Flights Note: The fees above do not include the flight costs. At the time of this writing the cost of flights to Hong Kong on those dates are about $900.
- U18 Attendees: We expect all U18 attendees to be accompanied by a partent/guardian during the trip.

🥋 Potential Grappling / BJJ Division
The Hong Kong Association is also exploring the addition of a Grappling/BJJ division for all age groups, pending interest levels. If you are interested in competing in Grappling/BJJ (either in addition to or instead of Wrestling), please ensure you tick the relevant box on your application.
